Nichelle Conway, an active duty soldier in the U.S. Army, created DIVAS K.I.S.S. with the vision and drive to bring women together to mentor and develop other women into fierce leaders in society. DIVAS K.I.S.S. mission is to provide and promote self development, education, and philanthropy.  DIVAS K.I.S.S.
